Funky/soul is NOT her forte....
"Live, Dance Now! was awesome. Flawless voice, she hasn't lost it! Singing along was practically impossible with her first set, which had a real upbeat soulful beat. Her second set included her singing a Bob Marley song and playing the guitar accapella. However, she only played half of doo wop that thang before bouncing off the stage. I am grateful I finally saw her, as it's been a bucket list item since 6th grade back in 98. I just wish she would've kept it funky and played her songs the way we know and love them, instead of trying to revamp them to fit "music" nowadays. My biggest disappointment was that she sang her first set with a real upbeat soulful beat which made singing along practically impossible."
